Born in Savannah, Georgia, Lisa Marie Ray, PA-C began her career as a physician assistant in 2005. She's dedicated over a decade to caring for children at a local children's hospital. Her journey in pediatric medicine began after completing her education, working nine years in emergency medicine in north Florida, and moving to Miami in 2013 to join the hospital's team. Over the years, Lisa Marie has developed her expertise in pediatrics and practiced with exceptional skill and compassion in various departments at the children's hospital, including the Emergency Department, Pediatric Surgery and Trauma Team, and the Urgent Care Centers.

Currently residing in Coral Gables with her two special needs daughters, Lisa Marie understands firsthand the importance of medical providers practicing at the highest standards of care with compassion and understanding of each child's individual needs. Her personal experiences have deepened her commitment to delivering quality healthcare to pediatric patients.

Michael Caschette, RN, BSN, MBA graduated from Jackson Memorial Hospital School of Nursing (Miami, FL) in 1995. Soon thereafter Michael started working at Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL in the Emergency Department. After spending nearly six years with Memorial Regional Hospital, Michael was recruited to Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children (Honolulu, HI) as Nurse Manager of Emergency Services. After returning to south Florida in 2002, Michael served in nursing leadership roles at 2 different south Florida hospitals until taking the Director of Emergency Services position at Joe DiMaggio Childrens Hospital in 2009. In 2014, Michael earned his Masters of Business administration degree from Florida International University's Chapman Graduate School of Business. In 2016, Michael began working at Nicklaus Childrens Hospital as the Administrative Director of the Emergency Department, Trauma, and Life Flight. In 2019, Michael left the hospital arena to pursue concierge type business ventures in both IV hydration and clinical testing during the Covid-19 pandemic. Michael's tireless efforts to transform pediatric emergency/urgent care goes back nearly 25 years and is very excited to embark on this new journey.

Aurora Rondon is a Family Nurse Practitioner that was born and raised in Miami FL. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Completed both undergraduate and graduate studies at Florida International University. Mrs.Rondon has been in the medical field for over 14 years, of which 6 years were as a Registered Nurse in the cardiac unit and emergency department, working with adults before she transitioned into pediatrics. She worked in Miami Beach and Hollywood, FL in general pediatrics in primary care for 5 years where she focused on well child visits, vaccinations, child development, and managing acute/chronic pathologies. Emergency medicine is her passion. She is currently employed full-time in a pediatric emergency room but wanted to reach out to the community with urgent care services in the comfort of their home.

Anna Pelligra completed a bachelor's and master's degree in nursing from Barry University in Miami Shores, FL. She started out her career as a nurse in the Pediatric ICU and has now been a nurse practitioner for over 15 years. She loves working with the pediatric population and has dedicated her entire nursing career to children from birth to 21 years of age. She is experienced in pediatric hand trauma, wounds, burns, and craniofacial differences. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also fluent in spanish and english.

Casey Dennis-Salgado is a seasoned healthcare provider with over a decade of experience specializing in pediatric emergency medicine. Her journey from a Registered Nurse to a Nurse Practitioner, coupled with her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami, showcases her dedication to advancing her career and expertise in the field. With a significant portion of her career spent at a local Children's Hospital, Casey has honed her skills in providing immediate and comprehensive care to pediatric patients in high-pressure environments. Additionally, her tenure with the National Disaster Medical Service underscores her ability to excel in demanding situations and contribute to emergency response efforts on a national scale. Throughout her distinguished career, Casey's commitment to pediatric emergency medicine has been unwavering, making her a trusted and skilled practitioner in the field.

Lindsey was born and raised in a small town in Iowa. She completed her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Lindsey worked as an RN in the Neonatal ICU for 8 years before obtaining her Master's Degree in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. Since 2018, Lindsey has worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in pediatric primary care providing compassionate care for children up to 18 years of age from well visits to acute disease processes.

Arletys De La Calle is a certified Physician Assistant. Her desire to be in the medical field was rooted at an early age. Arletys completed a Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences at Florida International University with Summa Cum Laude recognition. She then completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies as a continuing FIU alumni. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants. Arletys has over 4 years of experience in primary pediatric medicine. She is bilingual (Spanish and English). Her love and desire to help families has only grown through her time as a pediatric provider and especially after the birth of her now toddler son. Arletys is committed to providing an excellent and personalized standard of care for all her patient's specific needs.

Erin has spent the past 6 years working as a Certified Child Life Specialist at two major children's hospitals. She has provided child life services in all areas of the hospital with a focus on the Emergency Department and Trauma Center. Erin graduated with a Master of Science from Illinois State University and a Bachelor's of Science in Education from the University of Miami. Erin's favorite part of being a Certified Child Life Specialist is helping children and their families have positive healthcare experiences in order to set them up for success in the future.

My name is Alyssa Lendic and I have been a Certified Child Life Specialist for the past 5 years. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Child Development from the University of Central Florida and then continued my education, receiving my Master of Science in Child Life from Texas Woman's University. I have been working in the Emergency Department at a local pediatric trauma center in Miami since the start of my career. I love to spend my free time outside at the beach or riding bikes with my husband and golden doodle, Tito. I am excited to continue to work with more families in our community!
